Quantum Matrix LTD
Quantum Matrix LTD is a software development company operating out of Central Scotland.
The company was given the one task of producing an accountancy software package: so
simple to operate that anyone with the minimum of computing experience could use it. A
program that would allow a person with no previous accountancy experience, to produce
structured and meaningful reports and at the same time provide the operator with all the
information required to complete the self employed section of the on-line tax return at
the end of the year.
Drawing on years of experience preparing accounts for businesses. Three years of
development and testing we now have a software package that satisfies all the
requirements. It complies with the Revenues requirement for adequate business records
and gives complete independence and control over your own data.

Bookkeeping, Daily, monthly, quarterly reports. Full transaction search facility. VAT
reports. Year end adjustment facilities. Trial Balance report, Profit and Loss account.
Balance Sheet. Year end tax computation. Tax Return figures for on-line returns. All
this in the most user friendly format possible.

Designed for the sole trader or unincorporated business that is registered for VAT. This program empowers you to make the returns and keep the records with the minimum of fuss. It also covers all the accountancy and tax functions of the previous program.
2010-2011, 2009-2010,QMAccountancy +VAT +CIS
Designed for the sub-contractor, joiner, brickie, electrician, plumber, labourer, who has tax deducted at source. This program will keep a record the tax deducted, as well as cover all the accountancy and tax functions of the previous two programs.
